2008 Year-End Wrap Up

****Update 2/1/2009 ****

Ok, so I've finally got the 2008 RDWC article up, and it's a living article at this time. The 2008 Wrap up contest is now closed, and rather then putting it to voting, I'm going to give prizes to BOTH entrants! Could Wakeen & Scott please contact me via PM and provide me their mailing addresses. I'll have their prize - a set of one of each of the Assets of Power, including a Seal of Cessation - in the mail ASAP.

Please note, TCO is always happy to accept articles from other writers.

***Update 1/13/2009***

So far we've had two entries, and I've finished two of the three articles. Current plans are to go hard tonight, and try and finish the 3rd and final article, putting 2008 to bed.
Any entries received prior to me publishing the Gencon 2008 Raw Deal World Championships article will be considered for the 2008 Wrap-up Writing Contest.

***Original Article***

How do you send 2008 off with style?

By finishing a bunch of tournament reports and articles that I've meant to get around to all year.

Over the next 10 days I'll be writing the last article from my Montreal Trip, finally doing the Manitoba Comiccon Wrap-up article that I long ago promised, as well as finally getting all of the Gen-Con 2008 decks and details posted. (It's going to get creative!)

If anyone else would like to take the time to write a year end wrap up article, just click the "Submit an Article" link, and get writing. Anyone else submitting an article I'll be entering for a prize. I'm really not sure what kind of prize just yet, I'll digging into my "vault" and will find something appropriate.

If there are enough articles, I'll probably host a poll for best article where you the readers will get to select who wins.

** Articles will be published within 24 hours of submission, as long as they meet TCO editorial guidelines. Articles that are declined to be published will receive feedback explaining why they are not being published. Please keep in mind that we try and keep all front page content something that is safe for work. This is a privately owned website, and this contest is being run solely at my discretion. **
***This contest is open to TCO members only - the article link won't work if you're not a member***
