When I post things as soon as i get to the bottom of the box it wo't let me see what I am typing. It auto-scrolls to the top and bounces back and forth from top to bottom each character I type. Is there a way to fix this ?

I literally have no idea what you're talking about, and don't know how to replicate the issue that you're experiencing.

Could you possible give me some information like what browser you're using?

I also have the same issue when posting. I think it's only when I'm quoting someone though because it isn't acting up right now.

EDIT I just tried quoting and it worked. I'm using Explorer.

Currently I'm using this via internet Explorer 8 on Win 7, and there's no issues post.

I just inserted the quote, and still no issues.

DMC - Please advise which version of IE you're using.

Also, are you posting by actually going into a full post window, or are you using the quick reply box? (I thought I had those turned off, but in case I don't, and that's what you're using, that would be great to know. )


I am seeing there are scrolling issues now, once you fill up the window.

Neat glitch. In the short term I recommend switching to firefox or chrome. There's none of these issues when posting.
Alternatively you can wait, we're looking at doing an upgrade on the forum software in the near future, and that may fix this issue.

I've just installed a patch to the forum software that was supposed to fix a few bugs/glitches. Let me know if you're still experiencing this.

It's still messed up for me. Whenever I type lists that go longer than the post box, it starts to act up and when I type, the box shifts to what I type, but when I'm not typing the box shifts up to the second last line of typing.

It has always done that for me. It gets annoying on my phone.

It does that on my phone as well, but I think it's the phone and not the website that's the problem.

It happens to me on my laptop. I'm using IE 9.0 or 10.0..not sure how to check, if that helps at all. I may just need to switch to Firefox or something when doing big lists.
