I really want to play with some of these cards. How does one get access to them? I checked the FAQ and I didn't see any mention of it.

To pre-empt the obvious answer of win a tournament, I'm pretty sure I'm the only active player within 100km of here (and I live in Canada's biggest city Sad)

I was luck to get 2:
Tb world heavy weight title.
Tb ECW world championship
I would really like the diva belt and the WCW title.

They're not available for download, you have to win them at a tournament.

Who do I talk to about starting a tournament?

The Toronto Manager quit the game about 5 years ago, and moved to Kingston.
