So first I'd like to say I'm a huge fan of all the virtual cards and I have to give huge props to the RDPC for all their hard work in putting such a massive project together and giving the game we all know and love a second life.

That said, I was looking for a way to print out all the cards they've created as closely to real RD cards as I could. I came up with a printing template that puts cards 16 up on a page complete with cut marks and full bleeds so the color goes all the way to the edge of the card. I then made a single PDF with every card from each set (plus a few duplicates everyone can use). I've posted them below for anyone else that's looking to get the cards printed professionally.

Revo 4 (98.5Mb)

Revo 5 (53Mb)
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2104703/Virtual%20Raw%20Deal/Virtual%20Raw%20Deal/Revo%205.pdf

WCW (10Mb)
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2104703/Virtual%20Raw%20Deal/Virtual%20Raw%20Deal/WCW%20Invasion.pdf

SNME (57Mb)

Here are some printing specs to tell your printer to make sure the cards match the original raw deal cards as closely as possible.

Paper: 12 point coated 1 side card stock (12pt C1S)
Cutting: Face trim to 10"x14.5", then cut to 2.5"x3.5" (10 total cuts per page)

As I've mentioned in other posts I would avoid the typical companies like Kinko's and Staples as they will generally over charge you for a project like this and they won't have the right cutting equipment.

Look for local print shops that would have a precision cutter and see what they charge for digital color prints/copies and get a quote.

Another thing to keep in mind is that when working with a professional printer or the printing industry in general you can usually get a volume discount as they can distribute certain costs throughout the job so that you'll get a cheaper price per piece. So if you can go in with friends or a bigger group you can save some cash that way too.

If anyone has any questions on printing or the template feel free to PM me.

Enjoy!

The links check out fine, you may be having a computer issue, slipkchot.

Start with the WCW, that's the smallest file... but they are all large graphical files, so they'll take time to load, especially transmitting to another country.

Just my 2ยข, but I can't stand Adobe.  www.foxitreader.com provides a good .pdf reading program (and browser plug-in) that is MUCH faster and smoother, but that's just my opinion.

Noticed that the PDF usually tries to load in your browser and the files are so big the download "times out" so I've put all the files in one zip file (211Mb), that way you can just download them directly and see your progress. You can also right click each file and choose save link as... to download the file directly.

I can zip each set if that would be easier for people to download, just let me know.

Update: I found out that my version of Revo 5 was missing the New Revolution superstars and their cards. I've updated the file to include everything. Just wanted to update everyone in case you printed them and didn't realize you were missing those cards. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Has anyone had any luck findind someone that could die cut the cards once they are printed and laminated?  I'm thinking of getting them printed online and cut if I can.
