The point: name two comparable incarnations of something and ask the question which is better. Next person to post gives their answer and then names two things and asks which is better. Example:

First poster says: "Which is better? Marvel or DC?"
Next poster goes "Marvel" and (optionally) gives their personal reason why. Then they name two things and ask which is better.

The only other rule is "no third options". The responder MUST choose between one of the two things named and cannot give a third option, like "I can't decide" or "Both suck". They also can't name an actual third option, like "Image is better than both". It's either/or.

I'll start this party off with.......

"Which is better? David Lee Roth-era Van Halen, or Sammy Hagar-era Van Halen?"
