If you mean the Gameboy specifically, not even fair; PSP in a walk, even without Tetris (GB's killer app). If you were using Gameboy as a generic term for Game Boy Advance or the DS, that's a tougher question.

Still Alive or Want You Gone?
Sooo glad I get to answer this one: Still Alive by a hair after much contemplation. It was a sublime ending to an amazing game.  Want You Gone is equally awesome but suffers from the expectation of Portal 1s Still Alive and a Cake, which WYG and the Companion Cube simply can't live up to.

Edit: darn iPhone taking too long to type up my answer.   Sith over Jedi. Sith has the cool dual lightsabers, Generals with 4 lightsabers, planet destroying Death Stars, & lightning shooting Emperors. Jedis just have Muppet sounding mentors and Samuel L Jackson which is awesome but not enough.
