I hope this is the right forum for this question.  If not please feel free to move it to the correct spot.  Thank you.  The question I have is that this card says move Booker's Thrust Kick(BTK) to your ring area.  What set did BTK come from?  I do not remember ever seeing this card, and neither has a friend of mine.  Thanks in advance for your help.
