This deck is a straight up Classic deck, No revolution and No virtual allowed. I'm running a tournament soon and would like some help. Here it is:

Chris Benoit Deck:
Smackdown / Heel / Fan Favorite
Superstar Card:
Chris Benoit

Pre-Match: (12)
A Victim of the Crippler
First to Tap Out Match
Managed by Vince McMahon (tb)
WWE Championship Title Belt
The Champ is Here
Wrestle Mania
My Sacrifice (Just to get more Pre-match slots, unless there is a better solution for 2 more slots)
I'm Gonna Break You
Frankie Takes Hollywood
There's No Holding Me Back
A No Show
The Best Laid Plans... / Banned from Ringside (I tested this and i may think Banned from Ringside may work better)

Mid-Match: (12)
Atomic Bear Hug
Chain Finisher
Backlash!
For Real
Introduce Your Brain to Your Mouth...
Sustained Damage
This is Going Nowhere Fast
Toothless Aggression
Unscrupulous S.O.B.
You're as Graceful as a Cow on Ice
The Best Technical Wrestler in the Business
Pain is Inevitable

Maneuvers: (24)
x1 Kamikaze Headbutt
x2 Atomic Lariat
x2 German Suplex (tb)
x1 Series of Suplexes
x1 Benoit's German Suplex
x2 Scoop Slam (tb)
x3 Apply Legal Leverage (tb)
x2 Apply Illegal Leverage
x2 Body Lock
x3 Clutch onto Opponent
x2 Wraparound Wrist Lock
x3 The Wolverine's Sharpshooter

Actions: (13)
x2 Candice: Internet Icon / Backed by Stephanie McMahon (I only have 1 Candice so I may use Steph instead)
x2 Great Technical Knowlege
x1 I'll Make You Tap
x2 Kristal: Broadcast Beauty
x3 Maintain Hold
x1 Rabid Attack in the Corner
x1 Rabid Wolverine
x1 Submit!

Reversals: (23)
x3 I'm Driven by Anger
x1 Surprise Drop Kick
x1 Big Stupid Grin
x1 Divine Intervention
x2 Elbow to the Face
x3 It's Great to Be Back Here In...
x3 Manager Interferes
x3 A Revolution of the Mind
x2 Don't Try This at Home
x1 Let's Wrestle Already!
x2 Volley This!
x1 Crippler Crossface

I played tested this deck against a Chris Jericho classic deck and didn't do all that well. Even though I still won, I had to pop WrestleMania against Jericho. I had a hard time getting on the board with Fortitude. I also had a hard time with reversing, Any help is appreciated, thanks

If it's Classic, why do you have 12 Pre-Match and 12 Mid-Match?

You're having a hard time getting on the board because you have so few Zero-Fortitude maneuvers.

3 Clutch
2 Wrap Around
2 Scoop Slam

Dirty Low Blow/Panic and a couple of extra zeroes would not go amiss such as Grab/Quick Snap Body Slam or filling in for that extra Wrap Around and Scoop. Or you could go a completely different route with a personal favorite of mine old school Chop to the Chest along with some Fans Love and Underdog assuming your playgroup is averse to Fortitude Surge/Frankie takes Ho-llywood and isn't TOO heavy on the BASH.

That problem you have with reversing will work itself out once you address getting fortitude because your reversal base is pretty solid.

Clutch/Apply/Managers/No Show is perfect for Benoit. Heel is better in Classic

I was referring to original in terms of plunging.  However to pull that off would probably have you totally re-do the Pre-match.

I'd look at Precision Sleepers over German Suplex (TB) /Atomic Lariat (realism aside) ....especially if your goal is 1st to Tap wins.

Also, I'd drop the Great Technical Knowledge for And the Crowd Roars. Multi Precision sleepers for 8D are great for a first to tap wins plus you bait out their once is enough/ get the F out on those instead of your maintain hold.

I know the great Tech's have the Benoit reference, but if you're trying to make them tap you really don't want to increase the damage of your submissions as it gives them more chances to spin a reversal.

Is there any reason you're using Managed by Vince over Managed by Regal? Regal would help you search for an early clutch to go with your apply from A No Show or another chain 0F if draw a clutch. This would also let you play underrated instead of the WWE Belt since you get to search with regal.

Panic moves might help you get on the board too...i.e. panic grab clutch apply.

You could, but since its classic, I'd be Leary playing all of them with Fans love (TB) and break You, IAATG, etc.

I like ur idea. I would use regal to search for counter slash, taunt the fans for a clutch onto opponent.  They throw a maneuver u use for real to reverse it then throw counter slash it hits they play sustain, then u play clutch for 5, apply for 13

It has some good submissions, however I think the idea, at least that I'm seeing is sharpshooter/maintain for the win, since I believe sharpshooter specifically goes and gets the maintain hold

I've usually had good fortunes doing Maintain after a Apply Legal Leverage. Consider also that the TB FTTO allows you to grab Maintain if its in your Ringside.

I do have one question, from the way its written I'm guessing you run normal and not throwback maintains, any specific reason?

Also consider that he's Benoit and pumping up his maneuvers by at least 2D, so the Body Locks and Atomic Bear Hug can be valid First to Tap Submissions, as can the Wraparound Wrist Locks if he can go off on a maneuver spree.

An ECW title might help you also, as it gives you +2d to your maneuvers.
