Honestly it's not going to be easy to find any good ones cheap. You could probably find some Insurrextion, Divas Overload and Velocity cheap, but since it's been so long since anything was printed it's near impossible to find the good sets cheap. Anything pre-Velocity is going to be hard to even find unopened because by this point most of what was printed has been opened. Some of the later sets are possible to find especially Royal Rumble and GAB, but they'll be more expensive than the three I listed earlier. If you are looking for Survivor Series 3 then good luck, because even if you do find it the prices are going to be outrageous.

I have two unopened SS3 booster boxes in my closet, it's SO hard to resist the temptation to open them.

Keep it closed! It's always worth more closed!! I have some 1995 Marvel Metal and Flair packs that are unopened in my closet and I totally feel you on the temptation to open them.

About two or three years ago a couple of my buddies and I went in on a box of SS3. I pulled a TB Springboard Drop Kick, but the rest of the box was pretty awful. Kind of wish we had just kept it because now we could easily sell for twice what we got it for then ($60).
