But even Monsoon and Ventura would still be FAIR in talking about a face or a heel (and Ventura had his favorites...like he'd pull for Savage even when he was a face, case in point WM 4 that I was watching last night where Jesse says "Hey I've been on the Macho bandwagon a LOT longer then you guys" and Monsoon gives him credit for it, I think it shows Cole sticking to his character and still liking the guy....much like JBL did to Rene Dupree "he's French....he's Canadian...I double hate him!"), plus as much as we all KNOW D-Bry is going heel, has he truly done anything full-out heelish (you can say running for his life during the lumberjack match was smart when he realized the match was over....and not like he threw AJ into the Big Show)....it's possible when he full-out turns, Cole embraces him to add to his heat....but I'm all for this slow build and Cole hating on him gives you a second to think...is he REALLY turning.....

I'd love to see AJ make her return Sunday and nut the Big Show to get D-Bry the cheap win and then see D-Bry use her like Savage used Liz back in the day......

Im hi-jacking this thread for a second.

Brodus Clay: supposed to be this big mean nasty Evil Viscera-esque guy who just trashes people. He comes back as a Funkasaurus (totally caught me off guard) and i LOVE IT.

BUT, i need more than 2 second squash matches. I wanna see what Big Brodus can do for, oh, 5 minutes. I wanna see him call his whole match. I honestly, sincerely, think the WWE has a TON of potential with this guy. Legit. And from what i remember, he can actually wrestle. Someone, please tell me im not the only one who wants to see Brodus get some time to actually work in the ring. Or am i just nuts?

creed, this isn't the 80s. also, the fans aren't supposed to get behind the heel. that's the point. and i don't recall booker belittling bryan's ability, only the choices he's made since being champ has gone to his head. not really putting him down.

i think bryan's current gimmick is great. so excited and still jumping around like a face while being booed, oblivious.

i agree, brodus clay is great. should be entertaining in the rumble. he'll probably get a bit more serious after mania.

as far as ryder goes, i'm not sure why this is a bad thing. he hasn't been squashed out. it took 3 gutwrench suplex/powerbombs to take him out while injured. kicked out of kane's beatdown multiple times before being taken out. though he lost, he still comes off looking strong. and time off isn't a bad thing. he'll come back even more over. considering he's out for the same storyline injury orton was, he'll back in a month.

I really hope King Hippo gets a manager soon. His dancing is wearing thin on me. I'd even be ok with Earnest "The Cat" Miller filling the role - it'd bring closure to the "Sombody Call My Momma" music being reused.
