I wanted to verify what I thought John Laurinitis was using as an 'Ace Crusher' finisher (RKO) when he was Johnny Ace, and I found a VERY amusing match!

Mean Mark vs. Johnny Ace
(This is Part 1, Part 2 is easy to get to)

This is amusing for several reasons to me:

1) Both guys still young and agile... but damn that Dynamic Dudes gimmick was terrible, lol
2) Mark has Teddy Long as a manager, so you have the future Smackdown GM attacking the future Raw GM Smiley
3) J.R. is the announcer, though its amusing how much deeper his voice is over the years
4) This is a few months before Mark jumped ship and showed up at Survivor Series '90 as 'Taker, and the rest is history.
and 5) This is from Capitol Combat 1990... the infamous PPV highlighted by the appearance of ROBOCOP.

I think its funnier when you realize who some of the other people are. For example realizing that the manager really is Teddy Long with hair. That and for all his lack of personality, old Johnny Ace actually had some talent.

Then you probably saw this better one.

Giant Baba's AJPW is the best thing happening to Mr. Executive Vice-President Of Talent Relations and Interim General Manager of Raw.
