Is the phrase "when this card is in your Ring" necessary on The Mask ... Stays On?  (P.S. this card continues to make Santino Marella very sad  :'()

Also, should there be text on Samoan Spike saying that you may attempt to play this card even if you don't meet printed fortitude requirement?

It doesn't say printed, it doesn't mean printed.

That's the rule of thumb.

My understanding was in case of comparison for a potential card like Handicap Match so there's no "But Kurt Angle's in the background of Team Angle, so it's three guys!"

So you may get The Dudleyz as Tag Team (3) Superstar for Bubba, D-Von, and Spike. Never asked about it, but tht was my understanding.

Backstage, as it's similar to Chyna and Goldberg's abilities which are declared as from the backstage area.
