277/300
Chavo Guerrero (Superstar Card)
Starting Hand Size: 7

Superstar Ability:
Once during each of your turns, you may discard 1 High Risk.  If you do, you may put up to 3 cards from your Ringside on the bottom of your Arsenal.
Once during each of your turns, you may overturn 3 cards and then put 1 High Risk from your Ringside into your Hand.

280/300
Gory Bomb (Chavo Guerrero Logo)

As a maneuver, can only be played after a successfully played card.
As an action this card is -20F, -15D, can be played from your Ringside and can only be played from your Ringside.  Put this card into your Hand and end your turn.

Did you guys mean to say that Gory Bomb counts as a High Risk for the purposes of the first part of Chavo's ability?  If not, then I can't see Gory Bomb being used as an action very often.  I'd imagine that it would be more beneficial to pick up Gory Bomb from the Ringside using your ability instead of the Gory Bomb action 99% of the time.

It's more useful to overturn 3 cards than to play an Action which, if reversed, would leave the Gory Bomb in the Ringside anyway?  Smiley  Besides, it means you can ditch Gory Bomb next turn without having to burn through your deck.

It has its uses, rest assured...  Smiley

Okay I see, you can use the Gory Bomb action to consistently recur using Chavo's first ability.  I was thinking about it from the perspective of actually using Gory Bomb as a maneuver, in which case you'd probably be better off using Chavo's second ability to pick it up.

I don't see how that's the case, as you can use Gory Bomb as an action, and then you'll have fulfilled its requirement, and can play it as a maneuver.

I want to make a Punk deck, but I'm a bit confused about the ability.  Do I HAVE to pack 10 pre-match and 10 mid-match cards, there by only being able to put 5 submissions in the backlash for the ability?

Nowhere do the rules say you MUST pack up to your maximum Backlash capacity ^_^
