Ladies and gentlemen,

Our first ever online NRD tournament will begin next week.  Details are as follows:

Rounds will last for one (1) day.  You have 24 hours to make contact with and play your opponent.  If you do not do so by this time, you will both receive a double count-out, unless one of you can verify that he was available whilst the other was not.

There will be four rounds, which will run from Monday to Thursday.  Depending on how many people play and the diversity, the finals will probably be Top 8 and run Friday to Sunday.

The winner will receive an online World Heavyweight Title; The first one ever!

If you're interested in participating, PLEASE POST BELOW.

Additionally, PM ME YOUR DECKLIST BEFORE MONDAY.

Yikes, this may be a bit tough for me to pull off since I'm busy all night on Tuesdays and most of the night on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

But meh...count me in.  Worse that could happen is my opponent getting a free win Tongue

Questions:
1) From what point do you have 24 hours to contact and play your opponent?  When the matches are announced?  What if they're announced at odd times?
2) What happens if one opponent can prove that he is available while the other does not make contact at all or says that he's unavailable?

It takes a few tries but just gotta be on the server, one hosts the game the other joins it and make sure to click on proxy server i believe it was

Alright, since turnout is small, we're converting the format to round-robin.

Collectively, the four of you (Jayson, Gamhhh, Demonkiller and Mediumsexy) will have until Friday to play against each other once, and then we'll go to Top 2.

Will all future online tournaments be held over a week like this one?  I don't know if I'd ever be able to play in an online tournament this way.  Are there plans to hold all-day online tournaments on weekends?

I can fit in a game between 3:45 and 6:30pm EST tonight, tomorrow may be bad cause i am getting my computer wiped but wednesday definitely got plenty of time

Future tournaments will take about as long as normal in real life tournaments, once we get the system down.

I forsee an "online chat room" where we run tournaments from in the near future. Look for more information on this in the near future...

In other news for my 3 other opponents i'll be around for most of tonight and tomorrow and wensday in fact the only time i'm very busy is thursday but the time diffrence could cause a problem, but not matjor if i have too i'll just stay up late..
