What are the rules for Backlash construction in NRD? 10/10 and 5/5 played? Or will it be a lesser amount to reflect on the game "starting over" and be like it was in the past?

10/10 and 5/5, we felt, was what people were most comfortable with.  It gives more design and play options than 8/8 4/4, and it's what people have been using for years.
