Revisions 03.12.09

Moved "Suggestions / Comments / Questions for the Staff" to "General Discussion
Deleted "Testing" Forum - was redundant and not used with current software.
Deleted "Other Forums" - Seemed redundant

That being said... everything that isn't Raw Deal, UFS, Marketplace, or a Private area is lumped under "General Discussion"

and under general discussion we have "General Chat"

I'm drawing a blank, but either General Chat, or the overall catagory "General Discussion" should get renamed, because there's some redundancy going on there.

I'm taking suggestions as to what we should rename it to.
