can i just print them off my computer and put them with other cards and be safe for tournys or do i have to have them professionally done?

Provided there's no way to tell one card from another, there's no problem printing them off at home.

Just make sure no one thinks you're cheating by the way they're cut or anything!

The next set coming will be a double rumble (72 cards) which will be non-superstar specific.  After that, who knows what the future holds!

It plays as regular Raw Deal, except for a few exceptions:

1) Style cards have their own rules.

2) Set-up is now a trait for playing, rather than packing.  There is a new packing trait called UNLIMITED which signifies cards with no packing limit.

3) DTTAH only reverses ACEs with the ACE logo attached to them.  It says this on DTTAH.

That's about it.  To be honest though, I may be forgetting something.  In our area, we've been playing NRD since its release, and after a couple years of not playing RDC my memory of the 'old rules' has kinda faded.
