I was just reading that article.  After being down with mono for all of June earlier this year, I feel for the guy.  It wrecks your body and doesn't go away for a long time.  He probably got further infection because mono took down his immune system.  Hell, I still don't feel like I've gotten 100% over it yet.

Brock Lesnar is without a doubt, my favorite UFC fighter. He is HATED where I live! A friend of mine and myself are the only ones who like him. Love him or hate him, he's a great fighter! He talks trash AND can back it up.

OK first off the man is a beast.  Not only did he beat his opponent something bad, but he is the only man I have ever heard of that kick the crap out of his own body.  He had a life condition that could have been fatal.  What he had could kill a lesser man.  Brock looked at his reflection in the mirror and said you wont kill me Ill kill you first.  They went in cut out part of his intestine and he is ready to fight right now.  Pure beast.

He will face the winner of Shane Carwin vs. Frank Mir fight for an interim heavyweight champion. Either one will be a good matchup for Brock.

I usually question some people's toughness considering their health issues considering what hell I've been through and rebounded from,  and  seeing people retiring for much weaker excuses than what Brock went through and now that we know he'll be back I respect Brock Lesnar more than ever. The guy almost lost his life and he survived and is back to fight. I respected Brock for crossing over from Pro Wrestling to MMA before, but this just proves Brock is a monster, machine, beast, whatever you want to use to describe him. Amazing individual. I wish him luck in his return.

Also, the likely venue for Brock's comeback match is Vancouver, Canada, where Brock will be portrayed as the biggest heel in Canada because of his "opinion" on Canada's health care system he gave recently.

He could, again, be a huge, HUGE draw for UFC, and Dana White is a very happy man.

I can't wait to see Mir destroy Brock...Dude has been power lifting, and has put on like 30 pounds of muscle so that Brock won't be able to toss him around like a rag doll. Given his experience and newly found phsique, I think BRock is going to have his hands full.

BTW, to toot my own horn a bit, I've lost a total of 40 pounds and have put on a bit of muscle myself! Theres nothing like being single to motivate a guy to get in shape...I'm down to a healthy 225 pounds. I'm almost to my goal, but have some work left to do.
