They also need to bring back the IC/US title rule where your the automatic #1 contender if you hold those belt like it was in the old days but then you'll see the revolving door of champions in that title scene as well.

But then it would just be Y2J and Shelton as umber 1 Contenders forever

I love this. I love that they did the whole new guy gets the title shot thing. But then they let Orton in the battle royal then I thought for sure he would win and this was just another lame swerve. Then after Sheamus won and they had the contact signing I thought Orton will hit the ring attack him and sign before he does. I was truly shocked that they went through with it, although it makes sense because it will probably be Orton vs Kofi at the PPV and JeriShow vs DX. I think I might get this PPV to watch Sheamus destroy Cena. I thinking Sheamus will win because they won't push him to a title match so soon to have him fall on his face, then he will just be the guy who beats up on the nobody's and falls short to the real guys. I'm thinking this is kind of Brock Lesnar 2.0.

I agree. I mean I am not surprised he won and I thought he would retain at the Rumble (via BS win). But when they first did the whole contract thing and leading up to the match was Cena they were pushing him hard and making him into a big heel, but then after he won the belt he has almost been an after thought every week. Yay Shemus vs Evan Bourne wonder who will win?  They could have done so much more and made him a top heel but they really dropped the ball. He will lose the belt at Elimination Chamber and he will probably never sniff a WWE Championship match ever again. You have to give them credit for doing something new but in the end they eff'd it up.

I will agree that they've dropped the ball on this guy's reign. He has the potential to be a great monster heel, but whoever's booking this title run needs to be reallocated to ring crew or something.

He has the look, decent mic skills, and great ring presence. The fact that he only gets a few minutes of time on Raw every week is sad, given that he's supposed to carry the show. When Cena gets more air time than your champion, there's a problem.

well he is only getting X minutes of time a show is because Hart is coming back and they want somebody to help push him while he is off training thus why Cena is on the show more then Sheamus...yet on the other hand Cena is Hogan 2.0 in Vince's eyes via what he said last night on RAW about he doesnt like him but he loves the money he brings into the company.

I can see Sheamus retaining unless we have HHH/HBK at WM for the title but regardless I see HBK/HHH happening anyways since they have never been involved in a WM match (to my knowledge) outside of manager status like WM14 vs Austin.

Sheamus vs Edge is your best bet right now for a WM main event title match unless Jericho pulls it out of his butt and wins the WH Title.

i meant in a one on one match. we've seen them face each other outside of mania in a singles style match i want to see them do it at WM when both of them push it to the limit.

So is Shaemus a face, a heel a tweener or something else??? When Edge came back people were still kinda viewing him as a heel during the first part of his segment it seemed. Then Shaemus came out to call Edge on being an opportunist and Shaemus seemed to almost get a face rub. I think then Edge started acting more faceish and Shaemus was more of a heel.

However Shaemus is also feuding with Randy O-tron whose also suppose to be a top heel. Which also leads to is Dibiase suppose to be faceish now cuz of his movie?
