I always knew San Francisco was a weird place, and New Orleans as well. And being a Philadelphian, I know a lot of us are insane. But I NEVER, EVER would've thought of Milwaukee as a Midwestern loony bin. Or Cincinatti for that matter.

Well one of the criteria was drinking levels. I'm guessing that's why Milwaukee is so high up there.

I don't understand how you rank cities on something so subjective. Yahoo always does the top ten ciites for ( fill in the blank). They are almost always based on crappy data that doesn't tell you a whole lot and is generally a waste of your five minutes. They still sucker me in once in awhile, but I usually don't waste my time anymore.

I grew up in Milwaukee and lived in Cincinnati for about a year.  Spending that year in Cincinnati made me want to kill myself.  Survey is accurate.
