I still make deck lists from time to time (RD Classic til GAB) even if I only get to play 3-4 times a year (casual tournaments with friends).

Every once in awhile on a really slow day at work I go back to my old habit of mentally building a raw deal deck.

once i realize that it just doesnt do anything I stop. Alas...I think I'm gonna build some more. And try to bring back Raw Deal one final time to my area. Just a farewell. Do tourneys for Store credit or something. $5 intro.....4 people = 20 bucks....winner gets $10 or something.

hell I dunno....I miss Raw Deal....thats one of the plus' to gencon in my eyes. If Gencon is doing a Raw Deal tourney set...uh....could we get "Premier only" tourney?

I miss it...won't lie. Me and a friend were talking about the formats last night for the Gencon qualifiers...It's tough just sitting on the sidelines and not doing anything with them. If for no other reason, I think I miss the fun that came with it all. I miss the strategy that goes into deck building. Back when times were simpler...lol
