It should be no big deal, but I feel terrible that I just threw out about 7,000 commons and uncommons. I still have about about 30,000 sorted cards plus every deck through revolution 3 built. I have 9 revolution 4 decks built, 5 binders of foils and master sets and 2,000 superstar specific starter or premium rates. All that and I still feel wasteful Sad
it just goes to show how many different Raw Deal cards over the years will see absolutely no play in any deck.

I use Raw Deal cards to repair things.

No joke! For instance:

My mother recently gave me a 1994 Plymouth Voyager (Mini van) that both driver and passenger side doors would not close. The latches, built into the doors, wouldn't line up with the catches attached to the body. So I took a stack of Raw Deal cards, cut them into 1 inch strips, then used them to shim up the catches attached to the body.

Now both doors close fine.

Someone saw my Raw Deal battle bag at GenCon and asked if I used to play. I said, "A little."

The only cards I ever threw out (and that I still regret):

Hundreds of Step Asides, Escape Moves, Punches, Hip Tosses... and the like, all in a game of "war" with younger relatives/neighbors.

Each person got a decent stack of cards... we went to different sides of the house... and commenced the stalking/throwing. The game was fun... the cleanup wasn't.
