I not only only used up 1 of my 5 prematch slots (for the belt), but I also have added 4 slots, so I can play 8 more cards if I have that many cards to play?  (Not a huge deal now, as just Pago Pago OR the Belt easily lets the rock drop 8 cards, but if backlash decks expand for Rev 5, could be interesting.)

NOTE: I actually think this is a bigger boost for my Kurt Angle Mo1kH deck than my Rock deck.

You're understanding it properly, assuming you're the People's Champ. Blue Hell TB reduces Rock's Pre-match Capacity by 1 so you'd only have 7 open slots left.

The Undisputed belt is undisputedly good, yes.
