I'm going to be investing some time into TCO over the next little bit, making some changes, and hopefully what you all will see as improvements.

If there's any suggestions that you folks have, feel free to post them, and I'll see what I can incorporate.

I'm with this.  I miss the really cool black one we had.  I used that as soon as I found it.

I'll be working on themes over the next few weeks.

First up will be the classic Red & White Theme, because that's the core identity of how I want TCO to be known.

After that will come the black theme.

Now updated with an actual to do list.
Please note - there is no specific priority to what is listed up there.

Also - Yes, I'm adding V:TES and M:TG sections because those are both games that I play, and especially with the Magic discussion, there's been enough of it on the boards that I really think the site warrants it.

I don't like that fact that when you go to the homepage of TCO, my browser says Team Canada Online-UFS Articles, with no mention of Raw Deal. Is there a way you could change that? Not even a big deal, it just bugs that crap outta me.

I understand why he did it in the first place(theory). UFS wasnt a dead card game, at the time, and RD was. I just pressed the minus key at the top right to close the section from my view since I never played the game.

With the most recient post in the UFS section being months old, I also agree that RD should be at the top, but I dont mind either way.

I'm thinking for V:TES we don't need a rules question, because LSJ does an amazing job of handling the rules for V:TES online. (totally accessible guy... really set a standard for me for how a CCG's rules guy could interact)

Just a footnote, what killed me was when UFS died, we had the opportunity to turn this place into the Hub for UFS. Except the site was down.

I was going to suggest a Pokemon CCG/Video game section as there used to be a lot of discussion that would cause threads to be hijacked,  but that died down lately, and I am sure no one here plays those newfangled kiddie card and video games for kids anyways. (Hides his DSi and deck to look cool)

On the UFS thing, the site being down when the game died did hurt, but even when it was still around and we were working on making a rulings compendium very few cared anyways. The number one killer of UFS: the players.

Any chance maybe of having a "Gaming News" forum that pulls RSS feeds from sites like ICV2, Wizards, maybe even tcgplayer? Would add a bit more activity to the boards and maybe get people talking about what's new.

Finally once the forums get flowing again, if you'd like another magic rules person, let me know. I could also help on any of the other games I am qualified to judge for....UFS, Pokemon, Yu Yu Hakusho, EPIC TCG, Bleach, Inuyasha, Kingdom Hearts, VS, The Spoils, WoW TCG, Yugioh, MapleStory....ok this list is depressing as most of those games are dead now. I blame me.
