The error was mine in delegating the task of packaging/mailing to others.  My apologies.

I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but I recently got my laptop fixed, in the process I lost all my contect, like saved images and files and such, and I was trying to re-download all the NRD stuff, but this file is not available, any chance that it will be in the future again?

I believe I uploaded the Promo sheet to the 4shared site that was mirroring the PDFs before Bryson found them a new home.  I can't access it at the moment, but if it isn't there, I can upload it when I get home.
