Hi,

NRD2 Chop to the Chest says if an opponent removes his Ringside or removes the 5 cards from Ringside the card is considered reversed. In this case does it go to Ringside or does it stay in the Ring? Thank you!

Reversed cards go to the Ringside, always, unless there's some text or effect that says otherwise.  Chop to the Chest doesn't say that, so they go to the Ringside.
