If I am Nikki Bella and I decide to pack the sucker punch TB from Rev 4.  Is it not a multi for the purposes of packing the card and if I play the maneuver as Nikki Bella, would the maneuver turn into a multi maneuver?

Yes.  Divas cannot pack multis but are allowed to make maneuvers into multis and thanks to the text of Sucker Punch TB they can pack it and in her case return it to Multinism
