Let me clarify with a tennis analogy. Let's pretend that a feeder tournament to Wimbledon is played with trampolines installed on the court. When the winner shows up to Arthur Ashe Stadium and asks where the trampolines are, he's going to get laughed out of the building.

Tornado Tag has never been advertised as anything but a fun format, like Battle Royal. It's not an official format like Revolution or All Axxess or even Classic. A qualifier could be Tornado Tag, sure, and even if we wanted to be drill sergeants and specify that only X formats can have qualifiers, the manpower involved for that kind of oversight is a royal pain, especially when we're all doing this on our own free time and dime.

Fair enough, was just pointing it out, as I am a big fan of tornado tag, I was wondering on it's validity as a gen con qualifer event , it would be a fun side game, or maybe a seperate "Tornado Tag team championship" that could be fun over the weekend too (I'm going and I would love to fool with a TT deck since we only did it once out here), I'd much rather it be an extra All Axxess event, as an example is all

Saturday Night
12 midnight - Last Chance Battle Royal (using Battle Royal multiplayer rules)

World Championships
Sunday August 7th
11am - Raw Deal World Championships (Formats to be announced)

For the Tornado Tag, does that include Virtual cards/Superstars as well? Thanks!

Not sure if this is the beat place to post this. (if it isn't I apologize). But someone, anyone, please bring Revolution cards to sell at GenCon.  Myself and a friend will need to buy enough to make full Revo decks.  We have Kurt Angle and Christian printed, but I personally would be willing to buy a full set of Rev cards for whoever, if they are good.  I just don't know what anyone does.  So any kind soul willing to bring cards and explain/sell them will get cash outta me.  Thanks!

For those who will participate in the Last Chance Battle Royal (and trust me, it will be chaotic and you WILL want to be a part of this event), be sure to bring a Virtual Classic deck for the event.  Yes, Virtual Classic will be the format for the Last Chance Battle Royal.

Be prepared for some twists with the rules.  Bring a deck like normal, Classic format.  But...when it comes to in-game rules...there will be chaos.
