Wait til this league is at 11, then create another one if it's in the first couple of days. Otherwise join in if it takes like two weeks or something.

OK, as far as issues go, I tried to sign up, and got the following error message:

"There was a problem

    There is not room in this league if all teams from last year return. To join, get the commissioner to increase the maximum number of teams, or remove teams that will not be returning. (Error #638)"

This is particularly interesting since I was in a TCO league last year, so in theory mine should be one of the teams from last year that's returning anyway. Could you clear that, Antigoth?

I joined the point structure is kind of bad though. It's going to make for a lot of low point totals and completely relies on touchdowns. Good luck to whoever takes MJD or Ray Rice.

I'm not set on the point totals, and am willing to listen to the GMs in terms of what changes we want to make.

Some ideas I have would be

increase Passing Touchdowns to 6 points
increase Passing Interceptions to -2 points
add in one point per offensive reception (PPR)
change the third WR position into a WR/RB position
Have decimal points so that it's .1 points per yard receiving.

I just don't like having weeks where your are getting 5 points out of a receiver who had 3 catches for 56 yards and no touchdowns. In a PPR league with the point system I propose he'd have 8.6 points instead.

i am going to start another one with up to 16  teams... i dont care if we do the higest point total thing is grand champ or not just cuz I know there will be more people who want to just play i will do one

That I'm not certain of. Yahoo was restricting what times and dates drafts could be done on.

I was looking at some Sunday mornings, but the only option was 7am PST which is bunk.

Not a big fan of weekend mornings, though I'd try to make it work if I had to. Mornings during the work week are right out. For preference, I'd like to see an evening draft (no earlier than 7:00 PM EST) on a weeknight. If the draft's before 9/11 (when rehearsals for my show start) M/W/F are good. After that, I'll have to play it by ear.

You can always autodraft if need be. I wouldn't want to that personally, but others seem fine with it.
