No thats totally cool and like I said we can make sure to schedule things ahead of time so everyone can make arrangements. I'm sure we can work out a time to come up there too so you guys aren't making the trip every time.

How do you guys feel about coming down November 16th?

I'll go ahead and set wheels in motion to become a manager and work on getting us new virtual prize support.

I would be totally down for that day seeing as I am going to be in Indy that week anyway. Let me know formats if possible please.

We have been playing Virtual Classic so I think that should be good to keep things simple the first time around. I'm definitely open to other formats in the future though. I figure we'll plan for a round robin format to maximize the play time unless of course we have enough for Swiss rounds.

If all goes well we can try some themed events in the future as well.

Alright then just let me know what time the event would be starting at.

Store opens at 5pm and we try to get there as soon as possible...I usually try to leave work a little early so I can beat rush hour. Lets start things at 5:30pm that hopefully will give us plenty of time to play.

As mentioned before the store does have food too which is how we give back a little since we can't buy product anymore. Not a requirement just a nice gesture as a way to say thanks for letting us play.

Check out the store and let me know if you need directions or anything else.

Yeah virtual classic means you can play anything as long as it doesn't have the revolution logo. Unless theres any objections SNME will be legal, I know I've already started integrating it into some of my decks.

Sweet Rip! I noticed StraightEdge mentioned he would be in Indy already that week...do you guys know anyone else in your group interested in coming down?

If it helps I can offer prints of some of the virtual cards as prize support...at least until we get the approval for the virtual titles, which should be moving along, just don't know if we'll be able to get the prize cards mailed to us in time.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Awesome...I will say I have already started thinking. By the way another guy in the play group will be coming with me for the tournament the 16th. I already told him the details of it and everything, so I know of two who are coming down including myself.

Sweet...hoping to have at least 3 from our area so that should give us a solid number for the first tourney.

Ok if you can't find a ride, we'll be sure to do a tourney up there next time so you can make it too.
