Was EVERY Raw Deal card printed in a different language? I've seen Spanish and Japanese. I've only seen certain cards printed in a different language.

No. Suicide Strike and Osaka were the only cards printed in Japanese.

If I remember correctly, Fully Loaded, and maybe Premiere were printed in Spanish by Salo, Comic Images Chilean partner.

I've seen a People's Eyebrow and Open Up a Can of Whoop Ass in spanish on ebay as well. I'm not sure if they were the only ones from premiere though or if the whole set was.

I had some Spanish Fully Loaded cards (I wonder if I still have them?). I remember having SuperPlex because I use to laugh at the quote on the bottom.

So wait....in order to play raw deal, you need to at least read English?  I'm not exactly well traveled, but how common is that other than Europe, north America, and Australia?

Pretty high, actually. Learning English as a second language is pretty widespread in many countries (much moreso than, say, the US and learning non-English languages). Hell, in a lot of African countries, most of the printed books are in English instead of the various African languages (this is kind of problematic, admittedly, but it is the case).

This message brought to you by my overexpensive Master's Degree in Progress.

Problematic? Why do you see this as problematic?

The fact that most of the books available in Africa aren't in the far more prevalent African languages? It's the by-product of the weird economy of printing companies, and leads to literacy problems, especially in the southern African countries.

If I was unclear and you thought I meant that the prevalence of English was problematic, ack, sorry, poor sentence composition on my part.

Gotcha, problematic because they are unable to read it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_speaking_countries

Also as stated Learning English as an Additional language EAL (formerly known as English as a second language ESL) is common in many countries. I know people from Switzerland (Whose official languages are German, French, Italian and Romansh) who speak English near flawlessly. Also one of the things many Christian missionaries teach people in other countries in English. As well as I met many international student's at University from a variety of countries middle east to east Asia, that had learned English in school well enough to attend University in English speaking countries.

They are actually worth less than the English versions unless you find a niche collector looking for that specific version. Most people want the version they can read and understand.

I still remember buying the packs for the lutz and after seeing the poor quality of the cards, thinking that I had bought some pirated crap

One of the lots I bought a while back had about a deck's worth of Spanish cards, including a Diversion and a Puppies! I traded my Spanish Mandible Claw a while back.

It would sure be fun to get Eddie Guerrero's cards in Spanish, and some staple cards for his deck too.

Eddie was in Fully Loaded, so you could potentially get a Spanish Guerrero Frog Splash and Get Your GED to go with the Eddie starters.
