As many as they need/warrant/we felt like making. We're not worrying about "this guy MUST have X number of specifics" because that kind of thinking breeds overpowered cards that do everything all-in-one instead of spreading goodness around several cards.

in my thoughts Trish is broken just because some of the actions she can play are silly fortitude, as for maven, maven did alot of drop kicks so i would probably make him like the old Lita, but maybe not as good, also theres alot of people over looked in the wwe, and to make a card game fair i think you sometimes have to make the people not liked Sad,

as for my tag team thing i said about, i don't think that some of the tag teams were given what they should have got as well as abilities etc, so here's a list of tag teams i would like to see remakes for........
the hardy Boyz (maybe add Lita do a team extream remake)
e and c (maybe do something with there angle of always running away)
the Dudley's Boyz (maybe add spike to the mix or something)
team angle (theres a easy one call them the worlds greatest tag team for there remake)
DX (maybe with all members)
just a few ideas

Trish can play Actions, sure. She has no good way of making sure that they actually hit the table, and most Action-oriented wins (Divas, That's) can't be used by females.

I'm putting my money where my mouth is and I built Trish for the tournament at The Stadium in Bay City, Michigan (cheap pop!) on the 17th. That'll help me get a feel for what she's capable of with the archetype that I picked.

Yeah I'd like to know too how making volley this less painful and letting your stuff fall into reach/grasp range is "broken" too...yeah she has a nice omni at 24F....good luck getting to that with bulldogs  Cheesy

even if she got antics at a -3F, she'd have a hill to climb still....oi

the best thing about Trish is that BotY can pack her crap right now.....

Like I said play her BASH. You start off with 3F which means you can play 6F actions right away. If you use Revo you also have Double Your Value she can play right away. You have a 2F 6D TMF she can play right away and 0F 2D actions in her backlash deck. Getting to 6F so you can play Shoot Actions is easy. Then start throwing And the Crowd Roars into mutli Shane Delivers the BASH. Also if your using Revo Twisted Turn of Events mills your opponent. Then when you hit 24F you have your Trish Kicks to rely on. She isn't broken but you can defiantly build a decent deck for her.

And Trish does this better then anyone else ....how??

That's the point....hell I'd rather build that same thing and use Torre Wilson....I get diva moves AND I can search for whatever action I need, she doesn't get the omni-reversals, but she'll get going alot easier too....

Hell Christy stomps on both of them for the same build......

Where did I say she did it better then anyone else? She advantages over those other two. Better super star specific cards, her actions are -3F she doesn't even need to bother playing the girly moves. People are saying Trish is bad. You can build a decent deck for her I didn't say she did it the best. That's like if I said I wanted to build a Volley Stone Cold deck and you would say whats the point super star X can do it better. And as far as BotY being better then Trish it all depends on what deck you want to play. If you want to play a bunch of actions Trish can do it better because her actions are -3F from the start. If you want to have big maneuvers in there as well then of course you'll want to play BotY. BotY definitely has advantages over Trish but you can still build a good Trish deck.

I believe that the point that a few people are trying to make is that they don't see a compelling reason to play Trish apart from wanting to play as Trish. -3F to Actions seems like as much of a detriment as it is a benefit with Volley This floating around.

Like I said, though, I'm interested in seeing how it turns out and I'm going to give her a test-run to see how it shakes out. BASH and everything.

An Edge & Christian remake would be interesting... but I will spoil that they get at least one card in Virtual 5.  Though we have another Tag Team 'remake' in the set, of sorts...  Wink

CREED

Hmmmm... I wonder if you mean something like "Team Angle" and "Los Guerreroes" where a tag team uses the cards from a single superstar or if its something like "Hart Dynasty" able to use "Hart Foundation" cards?  I know there was talk of a Hart Dynasty card.

Oh man. I was waaaayyyyy off.

I remember Barron (I think) talking about this idea once on the Comic Images site, but they all left for TNA before it was created.

I know that there are more than 2 of them, but the type of Superstar they are seems like an odd choice to me.  I never considered the Dudleys to be a Stable family.   Grin

One quick note: instead of "the maneuver is blank" on the ACEd Table effect, the maneuver just loses its reversal restrictions. You can Wheelbarrow Slam someone through a table with the Dudley Family, but it will lose its reversal protection when the time comes to spin Damage.

I'd guess they're not getting a full "set" of SS-specifics... but if they are, there's your "theme"

The ECW Dudleys (and Joel Gertner) will not be part of the Dudley Family full set (and Buddha Dudley knows this full well), due to MASSIVE picture issues. ECW was taped on a mini-DV handcam, the odds of finding good pictures of anything in that era are right around zero.

Sad but true... so we focused on their WWE run instead.  (That's why they don't get ECW stuff, plus the previous Dudleyz have this covered in spades)

However, we did find enough pics here and there to splice together a small set.  Each 'Dudley' Superstar gets 1 shared card with Dudley Family, The Family gets a card of their own, and then all the Dudleys share 1 card.

I did know full well that its the WWE incarnation of the Dudley clan but a Dudley mark can dream, can't he? Either way I can't really argue, we're getting a Dudley deck in Raw Deal that actually works off Tables!  And the family gets to pack Buh Buh Bomb (TB), Testify, Dudley Dog and 3D(TB) all in the same deck!

While I too will join Buddha in the 'pining for Joel Gertner' corner, I'll also say that I am super psyched for The Dudley Family and I'm super glad they're part of the set (More Dudleyz support? Scotty 2 Hotty? This is my dream set, I swear).

I also love that once they get that first table into play, they can just recycle it ad infinitum...

So they can be just like every other Dudley deck?  Just seems... boring, uninspired.  Wink  You can always play the new cards for Dudley Boyz in that deck and still have your Greetings from Dudleyville, if its that important to ya, heh.

But yeah, different Superstar = different deck, different card support.
