One quick note: instead of "the maneuver is blank" on the ACEd Table effect, the maneuver just loses its reversal restrictions. You can Wheelbarrow Slam someone through a table with the Dudley Family, but it will lose its reversal protection when the time comes to spin Damage.

So quick question about the timing breakdown...

The move loses the restriction AFTER it's successfully played, right? So if something can only be reversed from arsenal, my opponent cannot reverse it from his hand because it's already successfully played, right?

Right.

"Can you reverse this?"
"No."
"Then its successful, its now blank, and you're going through a Table"  Wink

Creed is almost right, just replace "blank" with "open to reversals from Arsenal".

So is a part of a Superstar Ability considered a "card effect?"

No.  Superstars are not 'cards' (see Matt Hardy vs. Hell in a Cell, etc)

Sadly, we haven't even released him in the game but he's already got a new gimmick and name.  -sigh-  But before he was Ryback, he was a rookie, a member of Nexus, a 'Corn-Fed Meathead'... and his name was...

It would be funny to change the post and make maskedllama seem a little crazy... Tongue

But no, you're right.. we showed him before.  Well its just like Ryback to get put out there every week!   Cheesy

How about this, then, I believe this is the last unrevealed Rookie/Nexus member:

Wade Barrett boosts strikes, Tarver boosts punches, and the Nexus Beatdown card does as well.  I think I'm gonna have fun with this stable.

And no, its not nice to make me look crazy.  Wasn't the Little Mermaid parody enough for you, people?  Tongue  I am gonna snap like Big Show.   Cheesy

I like Tarver's ability.  Punch is a card that I like to use in decks because its a classic move found in all matches, but there so many better cards out there, so I like decks where it fits well in.

Also, great picture with him.  He looks freaking intense.

that was the thing I liked most about testing Nexus when I did....they were pretty flexible....need a move....play Skip....want to kill some hand....go to Wade, I found just about all the abilities were interchangeable with the right build.....and when I got hit in the face....much like for real...Heath Slater was ALWAYS the first to go  Cool

Would also surmise that with skip, nexus swarm, and distractingly divalicious, you are almost guaranteed to hit re first maneuver.

That man wanted to rape me...

It's not rape if you yell"Surprise!" first.

True story:

Back a few years ago in September they did a double Raw taping in Indianapolis (the show where it was Edge's head vs Laptop).  I was sitting front row, right behind the ring post.  When Tarver was at ringside, I was cheering for [N] while everybody else was booing, and yelled "I'm only cheering so Michael Tarver doesn't rape me!"  He had the face mask on, jerked his head at me, eyes wide, points, and just nods.  Creepiest thing ever.

It's been said before... Don't worry about his small hand size, you have yet to see the rest of his support.

Exactly.  As the Rookies have, not only the PRO cards, but a couple cards that can only be packed by a Rookie...  their support helps make up for the handsize (which is thematic, btw).

For example:

Too bad he's NOT a Rookie. But he can pack it anyway...

(Note to self: READ THE WHOLE DAMN SS CARD, DUMMY)
