BROCK LESNER IS BACK!!!

He came in the last 5 minutes of Raw, shook Cena's hand only to pick him up and deliver an F-5!!!

The answer to where the WWE goes from here...is here!

Well...the backlash from whats his face being gm of both shows has started. I did enjoy some of the stuff that happened, like Brodus Clay saving Santino and some of the matches were amazing. And on a last note, OMG LESNAR!!!!

Personally, not sure, but I think he'll be around for a while.  I bet Vince locked him down to a contract so he won't run off to try and play baseball or some other thing, lol.

One thing I have to note.. how about that freakin' CROWD, man?  YES YES YES lmao

Calling Cena a loser, telling Alberto SI! SI! SI!, the YES! / NO! stuff from Punk/Mark, wow.  If only they had that kind of heat all over!  Cheesy

I loved their reaction to Sheamus winning the title from Bryan the way he did, BOO's all over the place!  I didn't get to catch where they were at though.  All I know, is they're lucky to see the return of Brock!!!  Grin

What a entertaining Raw! Almost as good as Mania *snickers*

Cena said it best "This is why I love wrestling". It is SOOooooo much more entertaining when the crowd is into the show. Who cares what or who they are cheering...WWE (mgmt) can't help but listen to the crowds...Despite being squashed in 18 seconds, Bryan is TOTALLY over!

They were in Miami again.... and the shout-out to Daniel Bryan by Cena was a nice touch, heh.

EDIT:  Also, wow, way to take ol' A-Train/Albert and make him fresh and new!  I'm actually interested in Lord Tensai, and he already has a logo! Tongue  The dancing bit with Santino / Brodus was hilarious, I was literally LOL at it... and a Santino + Brodus vs. Swaggler feud is all kinds of good IMO.

The thing is that the crowd on Raw tonight was a hell lot better than WrestleMania one, and it made a lot of things different, especially YES chants, which will be a huge trend for upcoming wrestling events following this year or more.

The impact of 18 seconds championship match is this great?  laugh

The crowd last night was great too. The difference is tonight was 2 hours instead of 4 and it was indoors in a normal sized arena so the sound doesn't go straight up. Also tonight were the real hardcore fans who stuck around for another show. I've been to WM at a big arena it sucks the life out of the crowd, it's hard to get chants going, you can't hear. Much more fun in normal size arenas with the right crowd.

I was wondering if there was a way to get an alternate pic of taunted by chanting fans involving YES YES YES signs

Well, I guess we are going to need a new Lesnar card for the game. Amazingly awesome crowd tonight and minus Ryder getting punked on a lot of levels and Tensai's lukewarm response, it was one of the best Raws in years.

That was correct, he wrestled as Giant Bernard in Japan, but basically he changed his name and found a worshipper in the transition.  My understanding is he does a lot of the same schtick here that he did in Japan.

I really think the crowd wanted Cena to turn heel last night.  I really hope the "You're a loser" chants stick.  That crowd was something special, I hope they start a trend.

I saw some of his works, and he does look like Scott Norton 2.0. We won't see him get bridged German suplex'ed by a smaller guy in WWE but he sure proves that he can be more than WWE-type monster heel.

The one thing I hate about chants is that they outlive their shelf life. Yes, yes, yes will be cool for awhile, until it turns into 12 years of "what?".
The crowd was awesome, it made everybody better. The only thing that bugged me was Cena contradicting himself. Is Johnson a great champion or a disappearing act. He could've lost and still congratulated Johnson, and still stood by his words.

Amazingly awesome crowd tonight and minus Ryder getting punked on a lot of levels and Tensai's lukewarm response, it was one of the best Raws in years.

I did't think they were that lukewarm for Tensai.  They chanted "A-Train" and "Albert" for the guy.  Its more than they did for Riley.  Also, how much does it suck to have your return/introduction to the WWE be on the same night as Brock Lesnar's?

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed by Cena's reaction to his loss.  I can understand why they didn't turn him heel and if he truly does as much for "Make-A-Wish" as they say he does, then I'm honestly glad that they didn't turn him him.  I figure cancer-stricken kids need a visit from a hero more than I need an anti-hero heel to boo.  However, I was really hoping for something more than "I lost, well that sucks, but its not a big thing."

As for Brock Lesnar's return, I want to be happy to see him back.  I want to cheer when his music hits, however I remember how he left.  I hope that after a month I'll look back on this post and think I was foolish to have any doubts, but we'll see.   He's gonna have a heck of a promo to cut on Monday to explain his attack on Cena.  We'll see where he goes from there.

Finally, looks like they are ready to do something with the Funkasaurus!  I'm pumped for this.

Honestly, "I lost, it sucks, but no big" may be the first step in a Cena heel turn anyway. Look at it like this: Cena loses. No big, he has other things on his plate. He keeps losing, keeps shrugging it off, and after a while, it stops sounding like rising above and being the bigger man, and starts sounding like a coward making excuses. Moreover, he stops being the invincible face, and now is actively disdaining anyone who thinks he should care that he loses. Now, while his fans are crushed every time he loses, he simply doesn't give a damn. Eventually, people start in on why he doesn't care, especially when the little kids care so much, and he finally snaps. Something like "Why should I care? A match is a match. It's my job, not my life. After all I give back to the community, everything I've done for these people, these kids, I don't deserve to get bitched out because someone else was the better man on a given day. That's fine; let them be the better man. I'm the better person, and if people have a problem with my losing streak, I don't need them. I'm in this for the people who need a personal role model to believe in, not some mythical hero to cheer for. If I'm not what you're looking for, fine. Look somewhere else. Burn my gear, trash my posters, but piss off. I don't want you in my corner. Go root for the Rock, or Brock Lesnar, or any other egotistical prick you want. I don't need you to validate my self-worth, and if you need me to validate yours, then you don't deserve to have any."

It's a very different type of heel than we've seen in a while, and oddly enough, it still lets him do a lot of the Make a Wish stuff on the side with a certain group of children, since he's established that he wants to be there for those kids who still see him as a role model, he's just telling those who want to watch a boring invincible hero to piss off. I doubt they'll do it, but it could work.

It would clever, but very Jericho. I don't see it happening though. As the "face" of the company he has to fight to get back on top. Hopefully Lesnar beats him down for awhile to make his fight harder. Make it a redemption story that has more lows and takes time to get back on top.
