I think you could start an auction listing and see all the pricing and options and save your settings. See which options you want compared to price.

I haven't listed on ebay in a long time, but I always found a preview pic for ultra-rares helped.

As well as stated, mention you will combine shipping. This is almost like a sale for your cards. If I want one card and can combine shipping on a card I kinda want, I'm more likely to buy the 2nd card since S&H will be virtually free.
