Didn't Adam have his trade list up listing each card and what signatures they had in thier description? If someone could locate that thread it might help...

I think that thread got lost in a database purge, sadly.

Did he actually have those up for trade? That would gave been surprising to me, but I can't recall ever looking at his trade thread. :/

These were never up for trade. Most of these were signed at the San Fransisco wrestling convention some years back.

Some of these had labels on them with who signed them, but many were missing 1 or 2 descriptions as to who signed them. That's where you awesome guys come into play!  Wink

They were never up for trade and pics weren't linked, but he did at one time post each signature (original) and the 2 he had added to each card as a running list for his collection.

Me too. Not only was he my Raw Deal and pro wrestling buddy, we crossed over to Star Wars and super hero stuff as well. I don't think I could ever go to San Diego Comicon with out him. I hung with him at every one I went to, and even stayed in a suite with my son and Adam and Crystle. Adam was a one of a kind.

With such connections that Adam had with so many others, it makes me wonder why Crystal chose me to hand over his RAW Deal collection (well, most of it but certainly not all of it).

I'd like to think I've given back much more than I've taken in, many of them being cards that were given to me from Crystal. Plus, it was the partial "RAW Deal Bible" that Adam had started that encouraged me to pull product from inventory to help fill it. It's been over 4 years now and I'm only 4 cards short of finishing it.

Doing this also keeps me remembering Adam and all that he did for not only our local play group, but for the RAW Deal community as a whole.

Middle one there's the Sinister Minister, James Mitchell, if the devil tail on the end is any indication.

I never had the chance to meet Adam in person, but we was still a very great and dear friend to me via these boards and other sites. We traded and wrote often. It's a shame that I never had the pleasure of playing Raw Deal with him or meeting him, but I feel very fortunate that we communicated at all during his short time with us.

The funny thing about Adam is that as much as he loved Raw Deal he just couldn't win, lol. I remember him getting really mad at the Wrestlemania 21 tournament when he lost to a new player. I think it's the only time I ever saw him mad (with out Barron being involved anyway, ha ha)

I'll have more next week. I'm going out of town until next Wednesday (20th) - for my daughter's graduation present ... trip to Hawaii.  Grin

Thanks guys for the help in getting these cleared up.

Until then ...
