Hello, My Name Is Eugene
High Spirits
McMahon Family Values

This deck works a treat, I was just wondering if there is any American/Canadian tech that I could be missing?

What the deck does:

I try and drop Product Endorsements every game, if possible. I go first via WcW Belt (If they have a high SSV) OR It's Showtime (If they have a low SSV).
Pick up 3 from Ringside with Vince + High Fives, Underrated and Let's Get it On gives me a Starting Hand of 13.
I think it's pretty self explanatory: BEAT DOWN! With big reversals to put the fear of god into your opponents Wink

You might want to pack a backup manager like Managed by William Regal. Chances are opponent will play Vince first. It also help to fetch Don't Try, Non-Unique 0F. Raw & Ready is way better than RotM for Eugene. Search James' Stratusfaction or Unleash Bomb for guarantee fort. These are some of great 0F maneuver you may consider packing Beatings From Dudleyville, Hogan's Patented Overhand Punch, Funaki's Ensugiri, Angle's Uppercut.

I will drop For The Love of The Game for Regal, I think. I don't want to drop Rev to sit back and let my opponent play things so I can play Unleashed Bomb, I'll throw it out right anyway.

I would consider packing Beatings From Dudleyville, it's better than I thought it was, It's just getting it to start with it. But the rest is a no-go. Funaki Ensiguri has Overshot written all over it.

This deck has gone through a lot of changes to see which cards would be best and it has been narrowed down to what's in the list.

The deck looks close to what I used to run.  I do have some Backlash deck comments though:

1) Your pre is flawed in that someone can end it with a Calling You Out for Let's Get It On!
2) Running a deck like this that requires "first to something" will require you to get Bitter Rivals into the Pre, as you will come across other decks that play Managed by Vince / Product Endorsements / High Fives to build their hand as well, and without Bitter Rivals you're talking about a coinflip chance at best to get your pre, and at worst get it shut down.
3) As an alternate manager, perhaps Managed by The Coach is a possible choice?  Searches out a non-unique High Risk (read: Johnny Go Round), prevents people from Coach'ing your Inspirations, and its ACE allows you to pick up Cobra Clutch and Lita's DDT from Ringside like you were the Undertaker.

Text for reference:

Managed by The Coach
Pre-match Manager
At the end of the Pre-match phase, you may search your Arsenal for 1 non-unique High Risk maneuver, reveal it to your opponent, put it into your hand, discard 1 card, and shuffle your Arsenal.
When this card is in your Ring area, your opponent cannot play any card with the word "coach" in the title and once during each of your turns you may discard 2 cards and then put 1 Throwback card from your Ringside pile into your hand.

4) If you think you'll see Mr. Kennedy, you need Armageddon Is Upon Us.

As to the rest, there's a couple of moves I'd swap out for something; Beatings from Dudleyville or Hogan's Patented Overhand Punch replacing Girly Choke is an upgrade IMO.  I also shrunk Sloppy's to 2 and didn't really feel any issues if you need space for something.  But it's kind of just tweaks away from being very good.

As to "Where's Mitch?", Mitch played a 10-0 Eugene deck in a World Qualifier so he's widely considered the board's Eugene expert.

I think Let's Get It On will come out for AIUU because I was playing a game the other day and they played Calling You Out Sad

Wow! Coach is better than I thought! I think this deck needs Trash Talkin' Interview more than Bitter Rivals, I need some hand manipulation to try force a move through.
