I see once upon time there was a fantasy league here.  I had been thinking about running one earlier, but I had enlisted.  However, as of right now, I have alot of free time, so I am considering running one again.  It would consist of the WWE roster (including NXT).  I have my spreadsheet just about finished, and would want to see what kind of interest there would be.

As of now, it would just a friendly competition, unless I can figure out a prize, and there is plenty of time for that.  This would start around No Way Out, and would conclude...I'm not sure.  3, 6, or 12 months.

I have heard good things about these fantasy league's even though I'm not 100% sure on how they work if there's a spot open I would like to join in as well.

Definitely in. Sadly things didn't work out for the last TCO Fantasy WWE league. Hopefully things go better this time.

Whoever's running this should pick a cutoff point for entrants at some point, just saying with a WWE roster there is limited picks available.  And I wouldn't bother with TNA as that changes the entire concept here entirely.

Rein, rather than cutting off the draft, I think it'd be better to split people up into divisions, and having each division draft separately. Sure, you'd end up with multiple people having John Cena, or something like that, but that way everyone can be involved, and we don't have to expand outward past the WWE roster. Also, if the divisions can be kept to the same number of people per division, we can still do 1 to 1 comparisons across all the divisions, without having one division artificially weaker or stronger by going deeper into the WWE roster. Something worth considering, at least.

That is an excellent idea, Dilbert. 4-player divisions would probably be the sweet spot of having deep rosters without one person having an unfair advantage of top guys (assuming that people draft the top guys early and don't let Joe McMahon get Sheamus + Bryan + Punk + Big Show with his first four picks).

I will be closing sign-ups for this draft period when I get home from seeing Raiders of the Lost Ark tonight.  Yes, I am seeing Raiders on the big screen.  (It's hard being this Awesome. lol)  Rules will be posted when Dilbert and I hash them out. (Yes, Dilbert is coming too ....which leads me to quote:

All the rules should be posted sometime tonight or tomorrow, and will go over the rules of the draft, which will start sometime next week and will be finished by the beginning of Raw on the 18th.  Raw will mark the beginning of the season, end date will be posted with the rules.

Raw and Smackdown selection is about to be determined now!  Live!

First, we have 12 people, we took Raw Deal cards with Fortitude Values 1-12, and each GM was assigned a number, and this determine what order their brand and selection number is.

Next, each GM has a Superstar Card drawn from a pile, and their selection number is based on the Superstar Value of the Superstar, numbered 1-6.

Finally, we have a 3rd pile of cards with Raw and Smackdown branded cards, and each GM is randomly assigned one to determined their brand.

Can we draft in character if we choose, as long as it's not anyone in the draft pool?  IE Laurenitis, possibly vince, etc?  Say a retired character or just us as us.  Thought I'd ask lol, thanks for all the effort on this as well
