This is thread where you can post speculation and the draft, but please refrain from name dropping a superstar before they have been picked.

The first draft will start Saturday, June 9th at 12pm EST and will conclude on Sunday, June 17th at 6:30pm.

The draft can go almost all week, but generally give someone time to put in a shift at work, etc.  16 hours or so is plenty to log in and draft one name just don't try to take a full day or two

It was pointed out to me that Vickie Guerrero and Kharma were missing from my roster listings, and have been subsequently added.  I suppose....I could switch out someone's picks for one of them if they feel so inclined......

Just to be sure I have this, and I believe I do, regular announcing duty gets 0 points correct?  But if say, Lawler interviews a Diva in ring that counts, and wrestlers doing guest commentary would qualify?

Yes, because its not their normal job.  So, whenever CM Punk comes down in his blazer, that's an appearance.

Awesome, something not considered.  If it's being brought live via-satellite, or from the backstage on the tron, that will count as an appearance, but video packages and replay videos will not.

Also, I think that "walking to the ring" videos should NOT count as an appearance. I think that a wrestler should a least speak for it to count as an appearance, lol.

Did anyone else keep track of points last night? I just want to make sure that we got the same amount so I know I'm calculating points right...oh yes, this is serious business!!  Grin

Yes, I actually just had a discussion about it, since Randy Orton was picked, who is also currently suspended.  I believe I will be adding an inactive roster.  I will contact people individually shortly.

Personally I assumed the people drafting them were planning long term.  This roster does go for almost 4 months give or take.

Drafting injured/suspended people in preparation for the long-term is a totally legitimate strategy. Keep in mind that the Shane Douglas Franchise Medal exists too, so some people are being drafted for a whole year, not just one season.
