so, i'm going to assume that gencon will have raw deal, because you folks have the insight that the fine folks of swccg pc.com dont seem to have, in realizing that the biggest con in the country is a good place to have events for an out of print (but still active) ccg.

what is the schedule like, the format, etc?  I only really play all axxess.  i dont necessarily want to qualify for worlds or anything, but would be up for casual matches or a battle royal or even a raw draft if product isnt too expensive

also since i will be the one driving this year, i'm gonna claim trunk space and i can bring all my cards i have for trade/sale.  note this post in and of itself isnt an offer to sell, and it is not an effort to circumvent the "no selling by non dealers to other non dealers at the con" rule.

if i brought my extras/sets (has some good ss3 stuff and full sets, like rock stomp tb, tap out tb, stuff like that), would people be interested in them?

if so, maybe the easiest thing would be for me to just trade them for magic cards?  find a dealer in the hall and just agree to use their buylist prices or something.  maybe thats too convoluted i guess lol

anyway thanks for indulging me in my yearly post

Sorry to bump this, but for those looking to acquire raw deal, i wanted to know:

what days would be best for me to stop by the raw deal area?

also, what is the best way to transport the cards?  right now, i have them in the 9 count ultra pro pages.  the stack of them is probably a foot high (kept in a milk crate right now).

should i put them in binders?

also i have boxes of regular rares, do people need those too?

maybe just bring it all in a suitcase or somthing, and just designate one day where i wil ldrag it around with me?

Binders are best for displaying.   I keep my tradeable cards in a long card box because I'm lazy like that and not THAT worried about if I do trade them.
