Any recommendations on some good games to pick up, preferably in the $20 range if possible.   I really want Arkham City, but for $40 used I can still pick up two good games as well.  I'm thinking along the lines of Resident Evil 5, Halo Wars, Sniper Whatever It's Called...any others would be good to hear about as well.

Also if you've played the new Resident Evil let me know what you think of it.  I'm mainly a single player kind of guy, so keep that in mind as well.

Not sure if you have an interest in 'sandbox' type games, but Saints Row 2 is outstanding (way more fun than GTA4 in most opinions I've heard) and pretty cheap these days.

I've played 1 and 3, if it's anything like the others that's definitely on the to be considered list.

Ghostbusters
Wolverine Origins
The Darkness

those are the ones I can think of that I had...that weren't sports related.

Zack and Wiki: Quest for barbaros treasure.
Such an underrated game. Its a point and click adventure similar to monkey island and such.

I swear that game was exclusive to the Wii, but I could be wrong.
