Im working on a Heatseekers deck but I feel like its missing something. In the Pre-Match I drop:

On Your Home Turf
(Maybe Trash Talkin Interview TB?)
Hell In A Cell
Managed By Terri (maybe I should drop Dawn-Marie for a Handsize of 4?)
It's All About The Game

When I start the game I throw Handcuffed to Draw 3 or they discard 2 depending if they reverse. If they reverse then next turn I throw Shoot Forearm.

A few Heel/Cheater cards in the deck:

Let The Heeling Begin x3
Grab The Mic (TB) x3
Handcuffed x2
Spit At Opponent x2
Blatent Chokehold
Quick Count Ref x1

I need early draw, preferably Heel/Cheater. Also some powerful Heel/Cheater.

Cheers, guys.

If you're Raw branded, the manager to go with might be Teddy Long.

I'm Smackdown but I think it might be worth switching brands for Teddy! I'll put in Trash Talkin Interview to ditch a DTTAH.

Also, in a deck like this drawing and search is king.  So I would imagine 3 x Handcuffed and 3 x Grab are both worth it if you can swing it.

That depends on the situation and the opponent.  Generally Grab is very useful because it puts most of your deck in your hand.  But at worst, a Grab searches for a Handcuffed or a Grab The Mic TB early game, or a reversal to what your opponent plans to do, or it can search for One of a Kind to play and grab your specific cards.

Their specifics can be searched for (Kokubetsu!) as well as a plethora of great cards

Actions
-Let the Heeling Begin
-Spit at Opponent
-Trailer Park Trash/Kissing Up to the Stinkin' Fans
-Grab the Mic

Maneuvers
-Choke Hold (great 0F)
-Handcuffed
-Apply Illegal Leverage
-Brass 'Nuk's
-Punch After Punch
-Shoot Forearm
-Thrust Knee Lift

Reversals
-Manager Interferes
-Anything and Hate It.
-Just What the Game Needs

There's lots of Heel/Cheater options, go crazy with it, the trick is that you could pack lots but you want to limit it to things you'll actually end up using. I find card advantage is key with the Heat Seekers.

I keep forgetting about their SSA, yeah One of a Kind is a wasted card more or less.  Only card you'd need it for is the finisher, and Atomic Driver is more better-er there.

Also if you run cards with Stun I'd like to add You're Not In My League to the badass Heel action pile.

It's a shame Egomaniacal isn't Heel or Cheater, I love that card. I think I'll put in Punch After Punch x1

I don't think there's any Stun in the deck apart from Atomic Driver Sad

My thoughts regarding the Heat Seekers are to use the Carlito card and Spit to wipe away their hand ASAP.

Use Cranial Crunch/Panic Grab to get you 7f. Then keep throwing Blatant Chokehold as if your life depended on it until it sticks. Then Old fashioned Mugging only from Arsenal up to 70f and then Goodnight Everybody.

I feel like it could work, but I can never be bothered to try Tongue

I've got the Blatant Choke in there for that reason but it's not what the deck is built around.
