Note that this is the correct answer if you're talking about the original See How It Feels.

If you're talking about See How It Feels TB (the 'promo' for Virtual 5), then you add the Damage and Stun Value as the card says, and the text doesn't matter because SHIF TB has already been successfully played.

In order to reverse See How This Feels (tb). Do you need a Trademark Finisher and and Action reversal or a double Trademark Finisher Reversal???

Just like any other Multi, you just need to reverse it twice. You can reverse the same type both times. The only restriction is that you need to use 2 cards (so one Once is Enough won't do it) and you can't use hybrids (so no Volley This).
