This card confuses me.

"Your Fortitude Rating is F:0 and the maneuver is a Colossal: F:0 and ignore the Requirement."

Is it just poorly written or do I just poorly understand?  Is the 15 fortitude of the card part of the Requirement?

As I understand it, to use it like a normal reversal, I discard 3 non-hybrid reversals for the requirement, and then I reverse the Mean or Colossal.

If my opponent somehow manages to play a F:0 Colossal Maneuver, and I have F:0, I don't have to discard the 3 cards, but do I get to play it at F:0?

Requirement, with the R capitalized, only refers to the Requirement: text on the card. Fortitude is not part of the Requirement, it's a separate check.

If your opponent throws a Colossal, and you're on 0F, you don't have to discard anything and the card is 0F.

But the text of the card doesn't say that it becomes a fortitude 0 card.  I think it is either poor wording or a misprint.

It should say "If you have F:0 and the maneuver is a Colossal F:0, this card is F:0 and ignore the Requirement."

OR does it say "If you have F:0 and the maneuver is a Colossal, this card is F:0 and ignore the Requirement."

Actually after re-reading the card I wonder if the second sentence is what was intended.  Dang minimalist Revolution wording...

I read it as:

"Your Fortitude Rating is F:0 and the maneuver is a Colossal: (this card is) F:0 and ignore the Requirement."

No need to speculate intent, the people who designed the card are posting here, lol.  Revolution's minimalist wording is, unfortunately, a source of confusion when combined with other effects.  One of the ideas was to drop 'this card is' and just say things like "As a reversal: -5F".

So yes... If you have 0 Fortitude, and your opponent throws a Colossal... then this card is F: 0 and you ignore the Requirement.  That's the answer to the Rules question, from the Rules guys and the card designer, so I think that's 100% accurate answer, heh.
