So, I have come across a problem with a buddy of mine. We can't figure out exactly what it is the Grapples and Submissions cannot be reversed by when you have 7F or less. Can anyone here help out with that perhaps?

Can't be reversed by non-superstar specific hybrids (example: Chained Heat, Eye Rake, Abdominal Rake, Spinebuster) or non-reversal cards (example: Managed By Jimmy Heart, Defensive Positioning(?)). They can still be reversed by Elbow, Revo, Escape Move, Break the Hold, RKO, Rock-Bottom, Angle Lock, Cripple Crossface, etc.

Basically if the reversal is Superstar Specific or completely Red it can reverse your moves.

Can only be played by a Legend or when you have a Pre-match card with 'chain' in the text in your Ring.
When your Fortitude Rating is less than 7, your Grapple and Submission maneuvers cannot be reversed by non-Superstar-specific hybrid reversals or by non-reversal cards.
ACE: During your turn, when your Fortitude Rating is 7 or greater, put this card into your Ringside and then search your Arsenal for a non-Unique Grapple or Submission, reveal it, put it in your hand, and shuffle your Arsenal.
F: 0     D: 0     Unique

Rebort is correct (and the card that he is thinking of is Defensive Posture). If the card is a hybrid AND it is not Superstar-specific, it's a no-go. If the card isn't red at all, it's a no-go. Otherwise, it's still good to go.
