Here´s a rule that we are discussing since "Once you go Test,..." is released.

Test´s SSA says he cannot play any pre-match cards except "Managed by Stacy Keibler". "Once you go Test,..." says that the number of pre-match cards you may have in your ring area is increased by 1.

So, can Test play another two pre-match cards besides "Stacy" and "Once"?

His ability now says he can't pack, not he can't play, so the only cards he could actually play are the Faction pre-match cards, or any mid-match/pre-match cards like backstage shenanigans. He could only play one however as the extra pre-match bonus from Once you go Test is balanced out my the negative pre-match effect from Managed By Stacey. I think that's how it is.

For future reference, if you're not sure, its better to let someone else answer the question.  We have the people who wrote the majority of the OmniFAQ still posting here, after all.

But that answer is correct.  Test got the same errata a lot of other Superstars have, changing 'play' to 'pack':

Test
ERRATA: The ability now begins with the text: “You cannot pack any Pre-match cards except the card titled Managed by Stacy Keibler, it is not a Heel card, and before the Pre-match you may put up to 2 into play.  You may not pack more than 2 of any non-unique card.  You may pack up to 2 of all Unique cards.”

So in the "Pre-match" section of your Backlash, all you can have is 2x Once You Go Test and 2x Managed by Stacy Keibler.  However, now that Faction cards are Superstar-specific and say anyone can pack them, yes.. Test can pack them as well.  Also, he can pack hybrid Pre-match/Mid-match cards and play them as Pre-match... for example, if someone meets the conditions, you could play For the Love of the Game in Pre-match.

Note that a couple conditions still apply - you can't exceed the number of Pre-match cards you can pack, just like anyone else.  You still only have the same number of Pre-match slots (-1 for Stacy).  And hybrids like FTLOTG -have- to be packed as Mid-match.
