(my first fantasy card, so be gentle.  Also, if this idea has been posted before...sorry for missing it  :/ )

Calling for the finish

Action+Action Unique Multi

20F 0D

Search your arsenal and ringside pile for a trademark finisher and reveal it to your opponent, then either place it into your hand or backlash deck.  If your next card played this turn is the revealed card it is -10f, +10D, +2Sv.  Your opponent's reversal's to it are -10f, +2D.

The idea behind this card is simple.  How many times does Sheamus pound his chest and say Brough?, Kofi Booms?  Undertaker cuts throats, Punk says it's sleepytime, HBK tune's up the band? Some sort of appeal to the crowd that says, hey I'm gonna try my finisher now.  And 95% of the time, it won't work.  But hey, those times it does work?  the match is over.  Comments, suggestions?  Anyone know jack about templates that can make this into a card?  I was thinking of making the damage higher...and possibly adding Fan Favorite since it's basically an appeal to the fans.

I like the idea of lowering the fortitude on your opponent's reversals to the maneuver. Because when HBK starts tuning up the band, his opponent should know it's coming really Tongue At least with someone like Edge, you could argue that his opponent is thinking "Hey, where'd he...SPEAR!"

Not sure if that's a big enough picture.

Or there's http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/2012-07-23/cm-punk-john-cena-wwe-championship-photos  There's one in that slide show of a GTS call

But really, any pic of the aformentioned examples (including Edge appealing for the Spear, good one Jazzman) would work.  Pic your favorite!  Smiley

looks good. especially the mock up.

how about adding that you ignore any "can only be played" text? and maybe a drawback for if you don't play the revealed card next, like discard it and end your turn or remove it from the game?

This card looks great!  Thank you so much for putting that together, and I hope that others like it as well.  I thought about changing the name to "Finish It!" and finding a Ryback pic for it.  But this works perfectly.  I've just always thought there should be a card to represent when people always signal to the crowd that they are going for their finisher.

Yes indeed!  Thank you!

I didn't want to give it the ability to ignore the "can only be played" text because I didn't want it to be -too- powerful- and a drawback would be nice, but the thing is already packed with text...but yeah it prolly needs something like that.
