Deck: Kevin Thorn -=Revolution/The New Breedâ„¢=-

2x You Telegraphed It
2x Try To Get Away
3x I Won’t Be Beat Tonight
3x Why Don’t You Kiss My A%$?
2x That’s Extremely Un-Original
3x Overexposure
1x Two for the Show…
1x Here’s a Lesson Plan
1x My Way
1x Ariel’s Augural Affection

Strategy:

Prematch: Go with The New Breed™ + You're Drafted + Tomorrow’s <WWE logo> Legends + Dressed for Success (overturn 7). Your hand will be increased to 8 cards. When you play the Dressed for Success, overturn 7, so in that way always in your starting hand you'll have a "second solution" and a "not what we came to see". Just prove it.

Well, the deck it's self-explanatory.

Please, post any suggestion or comment. Thanks!.

Another old post I'm going to resurrect ...  Grin

I've decided I'm going to build this deck with some new ideas, but I am looking for any input others might have in updating the deck list posted above. Obviously, when this post was done Virtual 1 hadn't come out yet so it's missing his 2 newer cards.

Thoughts/suggestions? Mainly I'm looking for ideas with the Pre-Match set up. I'm not a huge fan of the Drafted + plus additional Faction for this Extremist.

Concerning the Pre-match, have you considered <Revolution> Underestimate the Competition and <Revolution> Climbing the Ladder?  They might help with reversal damage overturn and Draw effects.  Unfortunately, I don't see much creativity with his Maneuver base, as it would generally revolve around Extremes.

I've always like" I've trained for this day" in a thorn deck.
Prematch would probably be something like this

to extreme for your own good
alpha males to the extreme
dressed for success
thorn's cane (not sure how good this card is in <R>)
new breed
flex spot for tech cards( I am always partial to see crystal clear)

Most of these are important papers...and some of them might be doodles I never had framed...I can't tell the difference in them.

Pretty good Pre-match, sir.

Thorn's Cane works okay in <Revolution>, considering the amount of recur some Superstars run.  REV The Alpha Males of Extreme is showing to be effective for New Breed members, as more Superstar-specific Antics are released.

Built the deck. Runs like I thought it would ... nothing special.

Pre-Match was something similar to Jokerfish's listed above, but I ended up trying out a different "flex" card. Also noticed you opted for Crystal Clear instead of I Trained For This Day.  Wink

My deck could still use some work to fine tune it a bit more. Just something fun from an Extremist I rarely use.  Grin

yeah he's playable in Rev format but in VAA he is downright disgusting. not sure what to do to make him really good in Rev. I was just suggesting a starting base for the prematch, and since fortitude is what makes rev go you can't stall as much as one would like, hence the crystal clear as opposed to i've trained
