No, there shouldn't.  We don't hate remakes, there's no reason to punish Rattlesnake, Crippler, Babe of the Year, etc. 

Also, Factions have no real synergy with each other, so its not going to be game-breaking if you do.

At the end of the Pre-match phase, search your Arsenal for a non-Unique High Risk maneuver without 'reversed' in the text or a non-Unique card with 'technical' or ‘precision' in the title, reveal it, put it in your hand, and shuffle your Arsenal.  When you are the Hurricane, Matt Hardy, Jamie Noble, or X-Pac, your non-unique maneuvers without 'reversed' in the text are -3F.

After all players' Pre-match phases are resolved, reveal cards from the top of your Arsenal equal to your Superstar Value, put 1 revealed card into your hand, and put the rest on the bottom of your Arsenal.  When you have a non-Faction Pre-match card that has a John Cena, Edge, or Randy Orton logo in your Ring, put 1 additional card into your hand.

Me likey. This + Know Your Role and Shut Your Mouth lets the Rock/People's Champ play an absolutely obscene number of prematch cards, even without packing all his prematch foils. (With them, you get the 6 Rock specifics for free off of the belt, plus the 5 standard slots, plus an extra 6 from Know Your Role, which means you can play 12 normal prematch (given that Rock Concert lets you pack 12) plus any pre/mid hybrids you want, you can't be Broken, AND your mids are free for the hell of it. SICK. And it's good for other people, too. Nicenice.

Witht the spinner belt, I understand it's supposed to work with Cena and Orton(remakes and revo, etc.) but people on Armageddon is upon Us get a boost. That doesn't seem fair. BotY never had the belt. I understand most of the people on AIUU don't play it so they keep their hand, but the belt is after all prematch(like AIUU) so they still keep the 2 cards. Was this intended?

Belts are still highly subjective, also it happens at the same time other 'after all Pre-match' cards trigger.  And finally, unless you are named, you get ONE card not 2.  Not an issue.

On top of all that, if you're a lower SSV than the AIUU Superstar, your Spinner will go off after AIUU and you get the sidestep benefit anyway. It's a lot more complicated than "everybody on AIUU gets an extra card".

I was going to reply "Yes", but Creed beat me to it. Likewise, I was looking back at the other cards and found this.

Since Yesterday was my birthday (yeah, thanks asshats for all the birthday wishes, Ric and Calvin excluded), I'm going to give you guys a present.  This belt is, arguably, THE best belt in the set IMHO.  I wanted to make sure I was the one to hand it to you guys, as I'm sure CREED wanted it to be last.  But, dammit, this is my gift to you!

Yes, he's not supposed to be on the card. He was briefly in Beta but that was removed for obvious reasons.

Ressurecting to request that the belt spoilers on page 1 of this thread be stickied somewhere, either in the RDPC forums of the Virtual Raw Deal forums.  If this topic hits page 2, it becomes a little harder to find the belts' descriptions.
