After a user has one post they can make use of Cowbell. However a user can only make use of Cowbell to any given user once every two hours.

So anyone can play with it, the minimum post requirement is to avoid random bots from triggering it.

as far as the trading goes barney I think you have to PM One of the moderators to get access to the trade forums. There is a thread somewhere that tells you who. Type trade forum access into the search bar and see what comes up.

The only advice I can give to smartass  is Those that try to be something are doing just that trying. Be yourself and I'm sure the people here will show you exactly how they feel about you.
I honestly don't know what I've done exactly to garner my cowbells or lack there of, I don't care that much. I'm either a self righteous jerk or
a self righteous jerk that people like.

Welcome to mid-card status...it ain't so bad lol  I got my (-)cowbell by complaining that I had (-) cowbell...but that's cool with me...being a former indy worker being heel is easier than being face...plus your moveset is bigger.

Just realized this, but by your logic, there are a lot of people with no respect and no life here. Seems like Creed, Daeva, and Antigoth are the only ones with some. Personally, I prefer the Face/Heel angle since it means I get to be the under used, heel jobber that I know I am.

The Cowbell Craze has died off, but it's still being used. I tend to find that my cowbell grows a little here and there depending on what I'm posting.

I use it to figure out what I should and shouldn't post. 

Make WWE Universe/Planet Stasiak pun: +1 Cowbell.  People like bad puns, but easy to over do that sort of thing.

Try to guess why Lackey doesn't have pictures; guess wrong: -1 Cowbell.  Won't try that again. 

Generic praise for SNME spoilers: no change in cowbell.  That seems safe I'll keep doing that. 

Sure the system isn't fool-proof, but I figure its best to be on the safe side, rather than have Daeva and AntiGoth beat me down and hit a Con-Chair-to on me at Gen-Con.

The idea of the cowbell is for people to have fun. Some folks view negative cowbell as being a heel, and positive cowbell being a face.

Different people like different things, and I hope that cowbell isn't discouraging people from posting.

If that is the case, I may chose to mothball cowbell for a while.

I won't con-chair-to anyone for having negative cowbell, neither will Daeva. (I can't speak for Creed)

Don't change anything on account of my ramblings.  I am enjoying the cowbell and its isn't affecting my posting so much as "not having anything interesting to contribute" is affecting it.

Actually, I expect my encounter with Creed to be him throwing salt in my face while I'm waiting to toss my change at the Cardhalla structure.  Then him stealing my bag of change and running off with it, yelling "consider this a donation" as he hums the Million Dollar Man theme song.
